We have more than 10 experienced PCBA design engineers with an average of 25 years of experience in PCBA development, design, and manufacturing. We also have our own PCBA factory and SMT assembly factory, ensuring the Design for Manufacturability (DFM) feasibility of PCBA designs.

With 22 years of accumulated experience in mold technology, we have the capability to cater to different product mold designs. We provide services ranging from feasibility evaluation and analysis of product design and manufacturing, as well as assembly feasibility analysis, to injection molding analysis (mold flow analysis). Furthermore, we conduct mold mechanism motion analysis and mold structure strength analysis. This proactive approach allows us to prevent issues that are difficult to detect in advance, thereby shortening the development cycle and reducing unnecessary long-term testing costs.
We have a team of 50 engineers who can assist customers in designing feasible product development solutions based on their design concepts. We can evaluate 3D drawings provided by customers, optimize the structure of injection-molded parts, and achieve efficient integration of design and structure. We also have several senior mold design engineers with over 35 years of experience who can efficiently solve various challenging problems.
We complete the entire process of mold design, mold steel procurement, and mold manufacturing in our self-built mold workshop. This allows us to save costs for our customers while improving work efficiency and accelerating lead times.
